Beautiful 1 bedroom flat on 1st floor. Very spacious with large kitchen living room and bedroom. Bedroom has a built in wardrobe area. A balcony off of the living room which gets sunshine all day (WHEN IT SHINES). Lovely conservation area. large number of bus routes just outside the estate and is near to Colliers Wood Tube. I have decorated throughout and carpets and vinyl. The windows and front door were replaced last year. It is a large estate but a quiet one. Permit parking on site. The site office is in the block. There is a lift and I am on 1st floor. Neighbors are lovely and friendly. Only reason I'm moving is to be near to my sailing parents.
