I live on the Woodford Grange estate in a 2 bed with my daughter, it only has a small square back garden which I tidied up to an extent covering the muddy hole by installing artificial grass to make it look tidier. Inside needs some work but nothing major as it's barely changed since I moved in, I haven't decorated much because I had no intention of staying here and I wanted a bigger garden to build a workshop for my Joinery allowing me to work from home aswell. I will be fixing and replacing anything that needs it before I swap and tidying up the gardens (jet wash, weeding, cutting grass), but that'll be it.
