3 bedroom house, 2 large bedrooms 1 small bedroom but is a decent size for a small room. Bathroom and toilet is situated downstairs, living room is quite big with spot lights in the ceiling. Kitchen is a fairly decent size too. There is also a large patio area on the back garden with 2 brick sheds and a wooden one (can be taken down if needed) had new windows fitted all round last year. Due to have a new roof ( not sure on the date yet ) there is cctv with sound and a house alarm. It will all need reprogramming back in though. I do have a dropped kirb from an old driveway so another one can be installed with permission from the council. Lovely neighbours, there is a skate park, park, community village hall, a shop, and a primary school on the estate. I would be willing to cover any decorating/repair funds that needs doing also.
