Cosy two bedroom house, with front and back garden. Lots of room for things like trampolines and climbing frames. Fully enclosed by tall fences, and a garden shed is included. The street is a cut de sac, with no through traffic, and is an ideal place for kids to play. There is sun in the back garden till late afternoon, and then you can sit out the front, undisturbed by traffic coming and going. Benefits from its own driveway - never any problem getting parked, and carrying messages into the house in wet weather! The larger of the two bedrooms housed two teenage boys at one time, lots of space for beds. Both bedrooms have two built in wardrobes, with space for free standing furniture as well. At one time, we housed foreign exchange students, and the room was almost like a bedsit for them. The smaller room has space for a king sized bed, bedside cabinets and two chests of drawers. The area is quiet, and you get an undisturbed sleep. We have two bathrooms. Upstairs and downstairs toilet.
