What I have. A huge 2 bed flat with a separate toilet and bathroom, a fair sized kitchen in a quiet block of flats. Communal gardens,lots of space front and back looking onto the river, plenty of parking spaces/garages nearby. Bedroom 1 is huge and the 2nd bedroom is also of a decent size. Security doors downstairs to ensure safety in block, private shed with plenty of room. 15 mins walk from town across the bishops meadows which is a huge grass area with a play park and local shops are a 5 mins walk with a local pub 2 mins away that serves great food and has a play area plus more pros. What I want. A 1 bed house/bungalow only with private garden also in Hereford within 15 mins of centre on foot only not on outskirts due to needing to stay local essential. Preferably connexus.
