I have a two bedroom ground floor maisonette in SE London. 5 mins walk to Forest Hill station, local high street and walking distance to 4 primary schools and a secondary school. Lewisham council secure tenant with RTB. Living room, kitchen, storage in kitchen and living room. Upstairs two double bedrooms, 1bathroom. I am currently waiting for a bathroom revamp from the council from shower to bathtub. This is a small estate with only ground floor and 1st floor property only. No high rise. Free parking. I am looking for a three bedroom council house or maisonette with RTB. No high rise flats please. Ideally to stay in Lewisham borough however I can consider other boroughs in South London.
