bathroom with electric shower over bath and seperate toilet , with a utility room off the bathroom where I keep my white goods.the stairs are internal with a stairlift if needed and there is a fair sized garden to the front of the property with a shed .the living room and both bedrooms where decorated last year and i had a new kitchen and economic air pump heating the year before . I have been tenant for nearly 30 years. I am looking to downsize because of poor health and getting older and would like a 1 bed bungalow with garden that allows pets but I am willing to consider a flat .
