The main garden and orchard area (2 apple and 1 pear tree) are fully enclosed by 6ft fencing, the wildlife garden, with pond, has 3ft fence. There is flat access via the back gate into an alley, the front garden also fully enclosed by a 3ft fence, has 3 shallow steps. Pets allowed. Wanted: A 1 or 2 bedroom bungalow, with wheelchair access so no steps. Need a wetroom, or separate shower. Not over a bath. Indoor wheelchair accessible so no cramped doorways. Must be pets allowed. Ground floor flat considered.
