I am looking to swap my lovely newer build 2 bed house on the outer side of Bodmin for a 3 bed in Bodmin, the house is a great sized property located next to Bodmin Hospital, with a short walk to homebargains, Greggs, Rowes etc. I have a child with extra needs and unfortunately don?t qualify for a bigger place due to the children sharing a room until 10 if they are opposite sex so am hoping to swap.
