Potential Home swap for my parents

Hi all. I am the son of an elderly couple who are living in a 3 bedroom house in chandlers ford. Due to their illness and capacity, I need them in Eastleigh, closer to me. This is early days as I’m thinking of their future. And a 3 bedroom house is no use to them now. I am happy to chat to anyone interested and I can supply some pictures when I am next over there. It’s a terrace house, 2 min walk to toynbee school. Offroad parking and also a parking drive for another car. A single garage and garden, which would look nice with a bit of work.
