We have a 2 bed House in Southwick, with a downstairs guest toilet & upstairs toilet & bathroom with bath & shower. Both bedrooms are double & well light. The living room has patio doors & is a good size. The Kitchen is large enough for a decent size dining table. The landlord is expected to re do the whole kitchen this year as it needs upgrading.
The property would need carpeting upstairs & possibly the living room. I had cork upstairs but it needs re doing & downstairs is lino as I use the living room space for work studio. Pets are allowed & there is a decent size garden. The Garden could be really nice with some effort & time. I haven't been able to keep up with it this last 2 years due to care roles.
The neighborhood is very friendly & there are all the expected amenities locally like Schools shops ect. Bus routes are frequent to Trowbridge or Frome.
