I have a 3 bedroom house close to shops, primary & secondary schools, doctors, dentist & gym. I have 2 larger bedrooms and 1 small bedroom. Bathroom kitchen and living room are all downstairs. The house has been decorated within the last 6 months. The back garden is huge but will need some work. There is always parking available outside of the property. I need either a 3 bedroom with a separate dining room or a 4 bedroom house.
