Small room on the ground floor that could be either play room, office space or a small dining room, off road parking, front and back gardens both fenced good size back garden low maintenance. Flooring in the house needs replacing as it is getting old hard flooring throughout. Very quiet semi rural small estate and the most greenest and spacious estate in Chelmsford. House has higher than usual ceilings and sold old build. Neighbors are elderly and have purchased their properties, both side are really lovely and I shall miss them, but I need an extra bedroom and there just isn’t enough room for us all here now.
