A large 1 bed first floor flat in a tower block in Uxbridge. Features include two lifts, and a walkway to street level. There is a communal garden at the back, you can see it from my windows, and a large car park at the front. My flat has Economy 7 electric, double-glazing, full-fibre broadband and your own storage shed. Flat has a bath but a shower can easily be fitted, even a wet room. Town centre is a 10 minute walk and there is a bus stop a few steps away. I am looking for a fresh start anywhere in Uxbridge or nearby. I'm happy to try multiswap. I'm open to almost anything, providing you have assured tenancy. Flat's landlord is London Borough of Hillingdon.
