I have a two bedroom bungalow about 5 miles out of the city centre of Swansea. It is on a modern housing estate, set back from the main road with two numbered parking spaces, one of which is a disabled space. The is one large bedroom, one smaller, a medium sized kitchen, a living room and a wet room with a shower. There is a grab rail in the shower as well as a shower seat. The property is wheelchair friendly. There is a small front garden, and a medium sized back garden with a large patio area, again, wheelchair friendly. The front and back gardens are accessible by a pathway along the side of the property. There is a shed in the garden, which will need replacing, although the roof was replaced in 2020. It is connected to the electricity. There is a loft complete with a safety ladder, which is boarded. There is storage in the hallway of the property also. The boiler was replaced in February 2024. I am looking for a like for like swap in the Lower Wick area of Worcester ideally.
