We have a 3 bed on paper but can easily be made into a 4 bed house, mid terrace, quiet street, lovely neighbours, communal parking, decent size garden. Large kitchen/diner and large living room. Our tenancy is with basildon council and we have been here for 6 years. We are walking distance to 2 primary schools and to the local shops, dentist and doctors, and also walking distance to northlands park. Bus stops at the end of our road so easy transport links to the town. We are looking for a 3 or 4 bed house in south benfleet due to our children moving schools and needing to be closer to them.
