I have a beautiful 1-bedroom street property in Islington (N5) within a Victorian house, with high ceilings and lots of character. The property is very well decorated and feels bright, calm and homely. There is a set of steps up to the front door, and once inside the home is all on one level, apart from two small steps into the kitchen. The home is located on a very quiet residential road, with excellent local amenities at the end of the street, including shops, cafés and transport links. Although the property does not have a private garden, there is a lovely park at the bottom of the road, and Clissold Park is around a 10-minute walk away. I truly love this home and would not be leaving if my circumstances were different. Due to ongoing health and mobility issues, I need to be closer to my family. I am looking for a 2 bedroom street property (would consider 1 bedroom if it has a garden) in Walthamstow. Ground floor is essential due to mobility, and a private garden. I am a looking for a straightforward mutual exchange.
