I would like to exchange for another new build with drive has to be a 3 bed and at least two bathrooms. I would like to only exchange for a home in SOUTH SOLIHULL to be closer to my family. I’ve lived here for a year and I’m the first tenant here. I’ve not decorated as wasn’t allowed to for the first 12 months but Has new carpets and Lino throughout It’s a 3 bedroom, master bedroom with en-suite. Another upstairs bathroom and toilet downstairs It’s open plan downstairs and has solar pannels and electric port already on front of house. Lovely size garden with shed and a large drive on side of house. Primary school on door step and back garden over looks their playground. The school I’ve very good with children with learning difficulties my youngest child has done whilst being there. There are quite a few secondary schools local. Shops and town 10 min walk away and train station not far.
