Downsizing 3 bed for 2

3 bedroom( 2 doubles,1 single) in central london. First floor flat with lift. Quiet block, not many residents as 90% one bedrooms. Nice decorative order, light and sunny with balcony. All transport links 5 minutes away. Separate bathroom with extra toilet and lots of storage space. I need a 2 bed house in London. Will not accept flat and will not answer those offers. I am retired and want somewhere quieter, the areas I would prefer are W5,W13,W3 but would consider other areas if property is right.
