Two bed quirky property - With Garden

Hi there - I have a well positioned (in terms of transport links) 2 bed house with separate dining room and south facing garden /Courtyard Both bedrooms are well proportioned, and able to accommodate double beds - The house originally, would have been an old Two-up, Two-down (with an outside loo) as a result of later extension and why I have labelled our house “Quirky”, both bedrooms can be reached via one (the original) staircase, whilst the other \_/ leads to the bathroom. We are well situated within an easy commute into central London and surrounding areas. I would like a similar type of property - In terms of having a private outside space. Which has a secure tenancy - As has mine! However, I am willing to consider most reasonable offers, for the property that feels right…. As I am not getting any younger, I would definitely consider a bungalow now. My main stipulation is that the rooms are well proportioned, and that there is easy access to local amenities.
