A well positioned 2 bed house located in zone 3 (SE27), with great transport links into central London - West Norwood Overground Station is just a 5-10min walk away. And the bus garage closer still…
My property is a terraced house with a fair sized south facing courtyard style garden, with low maintenance planting beds. The rd also benefits from a lovely little park half-way down the road - That has a fenced in children’s play area/football pen, that is also great for dog walking. We are also situated within easy travel distance between Norwood Park, as well as Streatham Common and Crystal Palace Park.
The property boasts two good sized bedrooms, with the larger of the two having dual aspect windows - Both rooms can accommodate double beds/the larger up to a king size.
As the house boasts a separate dining room, it could even be suitable as 3 bed…
I have labelled our house “Quirky” before, and it was for the following reason that I actually was drawn to accepting it nearly 30 years ago… As it has a dual staircase ( \_/ ) One which leads to the two bedrooms and the other leads to the bathroom. All are accessed from the dining room, which has a lockable door.
There is no separate toilet - And so my property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, unless you had use of a commode!

I will consider most area’s - And did try to edit my original choice of Wotton Bridge (which was one of the first properties i saw, upon first signing up), but would apparently need to delete my existing advert to do so!
