Hello, we have a 1 bed terraced house in a gated estate in Margate. Town and seafront is a 10 minute walk, bus stop to town (Loop service) to Westwood Cross outside the gate. Quiet neighbours, wet room (2 years old)., kitchen done 3 years ago, stair lift ( maintained twice yearly) neat, secure back garden ( ideal for pets). Central heating, windows up for replacement this coming year. Need to move as my wife can no longer use the stairs, thanks for looking
