I have a large one bedroom flat off Caledonian Road 5 minutes from King?s Cross. I am on the second floor of a 3 floor block. There is a very reliable lift. This block is only 7 years old, I am the only tenant to have lived here. I have a balcony, one large bedroom with built in wardrobe. Large walk in cupboard in the hallway that I use for tumble dryer & storage. I loved this flat when I moved in, but now I have two young children I just don?t have enough space. I would like a 2/3 bedroom house/flat located in Islington preferably with a garden.
