Looking to swap

Im looking for a 2 / 3 bedroom house in Dumfries. I would consider lochside, lincluden, sandside or town.. anywhere close to NWCC ?? I have a ground floor flat with a wet room.2 good sized bedrooms. The kitchen is a good size too as well as livingroom. The garden is paved. There's several cupboard spaces and shed too! Looking for a house with a better garden for my little one to play about in and wont risk falling and hurting herself.
