Fresh start locally

We have a 3 bedroom terraced house in titchfield common, bathroom with toilet upstairs, and a 2nd toilet downstairs. We have a large insulated cabin in the garden which could work as a 4th bedroom for a teen wanting their own space, or simply an extra space for whatever you choose. We have numbered parking space in small private carpark next to our row of 5 houses. We have been here 13 years and would now like a fresh start and a different project. Another 3 bedroom house, with parking, in any of the surrounding areas to titchfield/Locks heath as have to stay local for family.
