Large 2 bed fff with balcony

I have a large two bed flat with balcony one double bedroom and one small bedroom, big living room which I have also split into dining area but could also be split into another room. I'm looking for preferably a 2 bed house but I'm open too another flat but preferably ground floor. I do not want broadwater shepall Hyde or bedwell but open to anywhere else in Stevenage only. I'm sbc and do not want to change.
