My property has a very spacious 1 bedroom, big bathroom, large storage cupboard and an open plan living room and kitchen. We are the first occupants to live in this property so it?s very modern. We have our own allocated parking space and own front door. There are communal areas for example a courtyard outside the front door, a garden and then there is a small area outside our back door which is big enough for seating and a rotary line. We are a 5 minute drive to the Basingstoke hospital, a 1 minute walk to the co op shop, costa coffee shop, dentist, charity shop and hairdressers. The pharmacy and GP is a 5/6 minute walk and castle hill school as well as a nursery and community hall is about an 8 minute walk. There are around 5 parks all with in walking distance. We are very serious about swapping as my little one is now 6 months old and we really need him to move into his own room now.
