Currently live in a two bedroom house with a garden. Would like to swap for an 3 bedroom house with a garden. It could be in Boston or anywhere around it up to 10 miles away.
There is a kitchen and living room downstairs. Bathroom and two bedroom are located upstairs. Lovely neighbours, wouldn?t want to move out, however in need of more space. This is the only reason why we would like to swap it for a 3 bedroom house.
