Looking for a swap from DG9 (Castle Kennedy) to Kirkcudbright, Castle Douglas, gatehouse, twynholm, would even go as far as Springholm but not Dumfries, to be near family. Urgent move required but happy to wait until after the new year. On offer is a 3 bedroom house with front and back gardens- we just paid over £1,000 to build a new fence in the front garden to make it secure. School 5 mins from house on foot. Bathroom is downstairs with Bath and over head shower as well as one of the bedrooms. The house is immaculate condition, we have only been in it a year.
