I live in the StJames street area of Walthamstow, very close to both St James street Station snd Blackhorse Road Station, the market with all the locsl shops and restaurants facilities ....I live in a 1 bedroom with an extra small box room. I love my large kitchen with a very reasonable sized living room, bathroom with balcony, leading to a very decent sized garden...The area is reasonably quite with community atmosphere...I have enjoyed this home for the last 25 years.
