I have a decent size studio, kitchen is small but fits necessities like washing machine, oven, smart boiler and my air fryer. The bathroom is a good size and the room is also a good size. I have a sofa chair in the sitting area, a study desk, a large double bed, bedside table, a makeup stand too. It has a cute balcony , 2 inside storage cupboards, one I use and my wardrobe and the other I have my fridge freezer in. I also have 2 storage cupboards to the left and right of my front door one very large one and one smaller one to the right. The building only has 3 floors and 2 flats per floor. It’s made of solid concrete so you never hear any neighbours, it’s recently been done up very nice outside, classy. Has an automatic bolted front door to the building so no one can enter without a fob or someone buzzing them in. Perfect for a single individual or a couple with no children!
