A 3 bedroom (2 doubles and a a single) semi detached house in a small quiet village, large garden and driveway. Hallway and large living room and reasonable kitchen downstairs and a family bathroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Also a large loft. The back garden has a large brick shed and is fenced all around the garden backing onto beautiful fields. The village is located 7 miles out of Selby, and not far from Pontefract, Doncaster and Castleford. It has a good bus route too. Also a lovely primary school, pub, hotel, and park. Looking to move to my original town of York as I need to be closer to my family for personal reasons and health.
