2 bed first floor flat in a quiet area in Portree with own parking. Very close to a bus stop and local amenities i.e big Coop, garage, library, leisure facilities, park, primary and secondary school. Shared entrance with stairs to flat and space at the bottom for buggies/bikes etc. Walls newly painted, with carpet and vinyl flooring still in great condition. Big hallway area with a storage cupboard and boiler cupboard with lots of space. Very spacious kitchen/dining area. Living room with tall windows, space for a dining table or desk area. 2 double bedrooms, 1 with a double wardrobe and the other with a wardrobe and small cupboard. Bathroom with shower over bath. Air source heating and solar panels. We?re looking for a 2/3 bed house or ground floor flat, ideally with an outdoor space as I have two young children that would benefit with an outdoor space in the summer. Would like to stay in Portree but would consider surrounding areas on the Isle of Skye. Open to a multi swap as well.
