I have a 2 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor, it comes with an assured tenancy.it has intercom entry & a lift.Its a small flat but the bedrooms are a good size.It has GCH,a small kitchen,separate toilet,I don't have a bath,I have an access level shower.I have lived here for almost 20yrs,I have had cats all the years I have lived here,so it is pets allowed. Its close to Hackney Downs Park,Hackney Central & Hackney Downs Train Stations.It is close to Lower Clapton Health Centre & Homerton Hospital.Close to Shops.Unfortunately it does need work,as I am unable to do anything due to my health.But it also allows you to put your stamp on it.I am looking for a 2 bed property on the ground floor due to my health with GCH,assured tenancy,parking & pets allowed.Close to amenities.I would consider anywhere in Hackney if it was right for me.
