Living South Need to move North

I live in a three bedroomed semi dethatched home in a quiet area. Nice garden, excellent parking. Local parks and walks, cycle tracks close to all amenities schools, busses, shops, great village life. Only thing missing is my family all now located in North Wales otherwise wouldn't want to move. Living room, kitchen dinner, utility room, down stairs toilet. Upstairs three double bedrooms and family bathroom with Shower. Gas central heating. Mature garden with pond and lots of shrubs and flowers walled in on two sides nice and private. Min of two bedrooms happy with a bungalow or house, parking, garden for my dog. Pretty flexible would just like to be near my sons both of whom will now live in North Wales, one has been there for more than 20 years.
