Dundee to outskirts swap

I live on the Perth road which is in the centre of Dundee. This flat is ideal for young students or anyone who would like to have direct access to local shops, amenities and pubs etc. There is a post office, chemist hairdresser and everything really on your doorstep. The flat itself is a one bedroom flat and the back room overlooks onto Newport and the river tay, its a lovely view and its very bright with central heating. It is a top floor flat and has it's own little porch which is safe for things to be delivered and left if needed. There is also parking available and a permit is given by home group. I am looking to move due to purely the location as Id like to be in a more quiet area. Angus preferably, however I would consider quiet areas of Dundee. Please get in touch with any questions!
