(Need of Aid/adaptions required for this property or future proofing for over 55’s) Large enclosed back garden leading directly onto bridle path and overlooking field. The garde had a patio and stones, wooden shed. There are steps down to get into garden. On street parking. Rural but lively village, great access to A37 regular bus service to village. 2 pubs, post office/shop and village hall. Doctors in next village. Midsomer Norton and Shepton Mallet less than 10 mins away. Recently redecorated in mostly neutral colours. Kitchen and bathroom due upgrades in next couple of years. We want a 2 bed (don’t mind property type) in city or town with good access to amenities. Will consider all areas meeting these needs. Need lift or stairlift if 1st floor or above. Preferably not too hilly. Parking close by required. Serious swappers
