I have a beautiful, unique 4 in a block flat. With 3 bedrooms. Front, back and side garden with a separate drying green too. Most folks own their property on the street. Quiet and laid back neighbours. Dare I say mostly elderly retirees. Which is why I’d like to move to a more family oriented area. I would be looking to exchange for an extra room and to have less neighbours as I have a young baby and a teenager! Ideally a semi/bungalow with 4 bedrooms but could accept 3 bedrooms if roomy enough.
