I have a 1 bedroom flat in a beautiful block with a private car park and garden out the back. There are only 20 other tenants in the block making it a quiet, peaceful environment. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom flat within the Portsmouth area although I am not ruling out anything on the edge of the city. Preferably ground floor although if not somewhere that has a lift as mobility is an issue for me.
