I have a 3 bedroom semi detached house, near clacton common. Im only moving due to needing a extra bedroom. We have 2 regular size bedrooms and 1 small room. Downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom. We have a good size garden. We are not worried about decor, we are happy to do it all ourself. We are desperate for extra space as there are 7 of us. Close to the common, morrisons, big Tesco. Bus route at the top of our road into town, by the little shop.
