The property is well-maintained, with a modern kitchen, good-sized living room, and plenty of natural light. It’s in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and within walking distance to local amenities and public transport. I am looking to swap for another property in London, ideally a 1 or 2-bedroom flat or house. Areas I am interested in include central or north London, but I’m open to other parts of the city as well. I’m hoping to find somewhere with easy access to public transport and nearby green spaces.
