Located in brentwood everything nearby including brentwood station with links to Elizabeth line this is less than 5min walk away all, corner shops, schools, nurseries, doctors all within 5 min walk as well as bus stops and parks/fields/country parks also nearby. Brentwood Town is 10-15min walk max. Nice little park outside the flats for youngsters. Doesn't have shared garden but does have a good sized balcony with lovely views and walks all nearby. 1 double bedroom with built in wardrobe, 1 large double room and a lift that chucks you right outside your door. Looking for a 2 or 3 bed house/bungalow with a garden, would prefer to stay in brentwood/hutton but okay for specific areas like chelmsford, Witham, billericay or Canvey island.
