2 bed house to swap for a one bed flat not worried on decor, decent size garden in the back of the house on mine toilet is on the small side and bathroom is a slight decent size . Decent size rooms but there is an issue with one of the front room walls due to it being a oil wall so you can’t paint it as the paint just slips off but easy just to replaster over it . Central heating one smallish bedroom and one large bedroom which is ideal for the kids if you have any house is size for about 5 people max . Doctors local , dentist also and also supermarket on doorstep and school I have one that I can recommend but one is a no go due to personal experiences with the school. Bus route and also main hospital near by also
