hi, we are looking to swap our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom miners cottage in Newtongrange for something in Mayfield. Our cottage has high ceilings and lovely big rooms, as well as a large living room - all rooms are large. small kitchen and bathroom - however more than enough for any family. the property also has a large rear garden and a smaller front garden / enterence way. Living room is decorated lovely, floors in the whole house are hardwood and have been sanded and oiled in a dark walnut. we are looking for something with atleast 2 bedrooms, in the mayfield area.
