One bed property wanted

I have a one bedroom flat in Hereford, I?m close to the city centre. Asda is opposite my property, a corner shop a few houses down & a dentist that is currently taking on NHS patients. The city centre is a 10-15 minute walk. The river is close by with beautiful scenery and a lovely walk along the river path. I live on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. My flat has a good sized bedroom & good sized living room. I have a bathroom with a bath but a shower can be fitted. Kitchen is good for a couple or single person. My flat has recently been painted white all throughout, ideal blank canvas for someone to decorate. Pets allowed. Rent is cheap. Any questions please don?t hesitate to ask.
