I live in a quiet area of Clapham Common,London. (Assured tenancy) My new built property has has 2 double bedroom. 2 bathrooms one of them being an ensuite and 2 separate balconies. One in the master bedroom and one in the open plan kitchen. Property is ready to move in, flooring recently upgraded. Street parking right outside property. Property on first floor. 1 minute walk from Clapham Common park. A great amount of restaurants, shops and supermarkets just 3-5 minutes walk. Exactly transportation, Clapham Common tube station also a 3-5 minute walk. Lovely vibrant area. The layout of my property means that there is no noise from vehicles and neighbours are all lovely. I am looking for either a 2/3 bedroom house, maisonette or town house with a garden in the Essex area, I would prefer Basildon to be closer to family. I am also open to other areas outside of London.
