Very good primary and secondary schools all within walking distance. 15 minutes to the sea front. Southchurch Park is within walking distance. There is a public library nearby. Underground or basement for car owners. Train station into London. Walking into the town centre is under 30 minutes. Lots of churches within walking distance. Very nice and friendly neighbourhood. I would like a swap for a two bedroom flat in the Southend Area. Preferably a direct swap.
