I'm after a bungalow or something with not many steps due to my health,I have a 3bedroom house Thier is a man who lives in a flat above but he doesn't have any access to the house our the gardens and is so quiet U don't know his about my garden is 27ft long and 18ft WD next doors are old so not a problem I'm needing something smaller as my health isn't getting better U have a outside toilet and upstairs one 2big rooms and a small one but U can get a double bed in as well all decorated,but if U don't want U do it to Ur taste,U can park outside or the back U have a park out the back ,U have the harbour outside never flooded so all good on that part ,town is 5mins walk away all schools from nursery to high schools are all in 10mins away,I just want someone to have the fun I've had with my family in this home and enjoy the area like we have, crimes are never a problem in this part of the town always quite,
