Really lovely semi-detached bungalow with wrap around garden & 2 parking spaces at the gate. Quite a big garden, south facing to the back, kitchen door where there?s a paved area. The second bedroom is tiny, but would take a single bed. I use it as a box room & doing this makes the house a better size for a single or couple. Ground source heat pump central heating & new water heater installed this year is very economical. New solar panels on the South facing roof in June. Okish decor with wall to wall wool carpets fitted in 2019. No bath but a larger than usual shower area that fits a half bath or baby bath no problem. Shower. Lovely neighbours. Great area. Pre school & primary school in doorstep, post office on a Thursday in the church. 2 nice gastro pubs. Good view on walks. Very near the amazing beaches of Wonwell & Mothercombe.
