This property is suitable for ambulant\wheelchair user part time ,small wheelchair or walking disabled person or elderly but it's not suitable for a full-time wheelchair user with a powered wheelchair as it isn't wide enough in the passage\hallway.The council will only allow a swap with a person requiring mobility3 adaptations or over 55s needing a Wet room as there is no longer a bath. This is partially the reason for wanting to move. We require a 2-3bed property with space for a wheelchair downstairs&large enough for equipment.Level access or not to steep as we would fit a ramp.
