Home swap wanted

I have a 2 bedroom house. Its got a large living/dining area, all newly carpeted and decorated (still putting up the rest of the wall paper), small kitchen which had an upgrade before i moved here. Small hallway/landing area again all newly decorated and carpeted. The front bedroom is huge, recently had new carpet and been decorated. The back bedroom is a standard size l, still to be carpeted and decorated. The bathroom is a nice small size, still need decorating. Its fitted with a tap shower. The house has a good size front and back garden, its does need tidying up though. This house has got alot of potential if done up fully, im in the middle of decorating it, but need a bigger house to start my business. Idealy im looking for a 3 bedroom, with a big kitchen. Not to bothered about the front garden but again ideally want a bit of a back garden. I dont want anything to fancy so if someones in the same situation as me and is still decorating id be happy to do a swap.
